Multiple Languages
Today's global brands need global brand control solutions. MultiAd has deployed AdCreators in more than 20 languages including Korean, Greek, Russian and Chinese. Our open platform supports more than 60 languages.
Dynamic Sizing
Editable and static elements inside of the templates can be proportionally scaled to user-defined dimensions. Each template can have a minimum and maximum size for both vertical and horizontal dimensions. The elements inside the template can maintain their individual aspect ratios. The ability to assign individual rules to individual or groups of elements exists inside of the template. Dynamic sizing allows you to combine non-scaled elements with scaled elements in one template. Examples:
- Your logo can maintain a minimum and maximum size regardless of the sizing applied to the template.
- A fixed-sized border can be assigned to the template.
- The size and spacing relationships between your logo and any other element(s) on the page can be maintained independently of the overall template size.
Photo Manipulation Tool
This provides the ability to click on a tool and move a photo within its container. This is beneficial if a photo needs to fit into various sizes of layouts.
Approval Process
If an approval process is required, MultiAd offers an approval area where other parties can view the ad, mark the ad approved or not approved, and make notations to areas that need to be adjusted.
Email Campaign AdCreator
Similar to print ad customization, email campaign creators use templates and allow for customization with pictures and text. Users can upload an address list, purchase through a shopping cart and send the campaign.
Web Banner Creation
MultiAd offers an online tool for creating customized web banners in a variety of styles, sizes and formats. Our extensive, searchable database includes pre-designed ads focused on a wide array of products, services industries, seasons, holidays and other occasions that represent selling opportunities. Users can customize each ad with the copy, contact information and logo of their choosing and download the finished product in seconds.
Statistics
Standard statistics include the number of elements and templates used in a site as well as statistics about users in specific time periods. Combining information between users and elements would be considered customized statistics.
Customized statistics can be provided based on reporting standard information such as usage by individual user and usage by profile, as well as aggregate summaries. Reports can be generated and sorted based on the usage of marketing elements, including number of ads submitted, individual ad usage, sort by ad size, color vs. black and white, date of creation and individual marketing element/asset usage. Reports can be accessed through the AdCreator website by authorized personnel and can also be downloaded as an Excel file. Information is updated on a nightly basis.
Technical Support
US-based technical support is provided via a toll-free 800 number and/or email address. Staff is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, along with voicemail. Calls are returned within four business hours (if received prior to 1:30 CST). Emails are answered within one business day.
Customer Service
Customer Service staff is available for handling fulfillment requests, telephone and email inquiries about usernames and passwords. In certain cases, such as for Bank of America, we have a dedicated staff for a specific account.
Help Tutorial/FAQs
MultiAd will create a training PowerPoint, using screen shots of the site and text instructions. The PowerPoint will be posted on the site under the “Help” section and will be able to be downloaded to the user’s desktop.
List Purchasing & Integration
MultiAd provides the ability to customize a website by using a third-party vendor for list purchasing integration, or simply offer a link direct to the third-party vendor’s site.
Online Survey
MultiAd can post a survey on your website to gather user feedback to assist with future site enhancements. Some questions for the survey could be:
- Rate your experience with the site.
- What would you change about your experience?
- Were you provided adequate training and/or help materials?
- Rate the marketing materials offered in the system.
- What additional marketing themes or messages would you like to see implemented?
- What additional marketing materials would you like to have available?
- How much do you spend on marketing and lead generation?
- Additional comments
The survey results can be tabulated and viewed online.
