Technical Support Analyst II
Desired Skills:
This candidate will provide technical support to customers via telephone or email to help resolve technical problems relating to the use of MultiAd products; including desktop page layout software, advertising image related websites and interactive CD-ROMs.
The ideal candidate should have helpdesk experience and a strong background in graphic design, print and related software.
