Project Manager - CSR
Summary:
Demonstrate knowledge of job process for efficient job management. Experience working with clients.
Process prepublishing and production assignments in an efficient and timely manner. Be deadline driven and punctual.
Be proactive, consistent in performance, and develop team building skills. Excellent telephone skills are critical
to providing proper client service. Must have proven organizational skills, client focus, willing to learn and
accept challenges. Be responsive to the needs, questions, problems or requests of customers and prospects to promote
good will, positive image and continued business. Able to travel based on the needs of the client.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of pre-publishing / production experience. College degree or equivalent. Strong verbal and communication skills.
Oral and written skills are critical to performance in this position. Retail advertising experience is preferred.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and accept challenges. Should have experience which would start to demonstrate
the skills needed in this position. Computer experience required.
