Account Manager
Demonstrate knowledge of the job process (both in-house and outside sales) in a productive and professional manner for efficient job management. Responsive to the needs, questions, and requests of all customers and prospects of MultiAd in a manner that promotes positive image and continued business. Work closely with assigned Territory Managers to help build a strong client relationship.
College degree in Marketing or Business Administration or three to five years experience preferred. Computer experience required. Must have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to work in a time sensitive environment while handling an unyielding volume of simultaneous responsibilities. Must have the ability to learn and quickly master new skills and expand knowledge relating to the retail advertising community. Perform consistently at a level that will ensure customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability. Demonstrate the ability to think pro actively with strategic problem solving skills. Must always be a team player.
